Gets a subset of valid cipher suites passed into <see cref="M:System.Net.Security.CipherSuitesPolicy.#ctor(System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable{System.Net.Security.TlsCipherSuite})" /> constructor as a collection of cipher suites allowed in this policy for negotiation.
